Terms of Use

1. The service

Travel Casino Resort provides a free social casino game, Grand Departure 21, for entertainment purposes only. The service involves no real-money wagering and offers no prizes of any kind.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the site. You are responsible for making sure that accessing social casino content is permitted where you live.

3. Virtual coins

Coins used in the game are virtual, have no monetary value and are not your property. They cannot be purchased, sold, transferred, redeemed or exchanged for money, goods, services or anything else of value. Balances are temporary, exist only in your browser session and may reset at any time, including when the page is reloaded.

4. No real-money gambling

Nothing on this site is an offer or invitation to gamble for money. Results in a free game do not indicate how you would perform in real-money gambling.

5. Acceptable use

Please don't interfere with the site's operation, attempt to access systems you aren't authorised to use, copy the site for commercial purposes, or use automated tools that place an unreasonable load on it.

6. Intellectual property

The site's design, illustrations, text and code belong to Travel Casino Resort or its licensors. The brand and imagery are fictional and do not represent any real resort, hotel or destination.

7. Availability

We provide the site “as is” and may change, suspend or discontinue any part of it at any time. We don't guarantee that it will always be available or free of errors.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

9. Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.

10. Contact
